China Says US official’s Nauru Remark Disrupts its Inside Issues
A U.S. negotiator’s comments about Nauru breaking attachments with Taiwan was “terribly meddling” with China’s interior undertakings, China unfamiliar service representative, Mao Ning, said at an ordinary public interview on Tuesday.
Nauru on Monday disavowed Taiwan and laid out conciliatory relations with China, and the U.S. official, who heads the body that handles America’s informal ties with Taiwan, on Tuesday censured Nauru’s “lamentable” choice and cautioned that Beijing’s commitments frequently go unfulfilled.
The US is openly passing judgment on the choice made by a sovereign state and spreading China strategy, Mao said.
