Registration process

To register on AvaTrade, users need to fill out the registration online form pages. Users must provide their first name, last name, email address and phone number.


Once documents are uploaded to account, the Document Verification team will review and process them within 1 business day. As part of the verification process, AvaTrade requests the following documents to verify the user’s identity:

  • A clear, colored copy of a valid government-issued ID, such as a passport, driver’s license or an ID card. The following information must be clearly visible on the ID: Full name, date of birth and picture. 
  • In order to verify  address, or place of residence, users will need to provide a utility bill, such as water, electricity, gas, local authority waste disposal or land-line phone. This bill needs to contain the following information: Full name and address. Note that the utility bill needs to be not older than six months. The details on the utility bill must also match the personal details.

Deposits and withdrawals

On AvaTrade wide selection of deposit and withdrawal methods available, which vary for different regions. AvaTrade offers a choice of deposit methods, including credit cards* and wire transfer, which are available to all our global clients. AvaTrade also offers deposits via e-payments such as Neteller, Skrill (Moneybookers), WebMoney and others, however, this is not available to EU and Australian clients.

AvaTrade offers several options for choosing a withdrawal method: Bank transfer, Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Neteller, Skrill, Klarna, Webmoney, POLi, Boleto, Perfect Money.
